Ithaca Transfers

Pre-booked transfers or tours must be paid in full using the agreed payment method as outlined by Ithaca Transfers three (3) weeks prior to your arrival date.

On receipt of your payment only then will your transfer/tour be confirmed, we will issue your voucher as confirmation of your transfer/tour and payment.

We will send a re-confirmation email to you two (2) days prior to your transfer/tour to verify that your booking is as originally stated.

Any cancellation of your booked transfer/tour must be emailed to us in order to be confirmed by Ithaca Transfers. Our cancellation policy and fees are:

• For cancellations more than 7 days in advance you will receive a refund of 100%.
• For cancellations of 4 – 7 days in advance you will receive a refund of 50%.
• For cancellations of 0 – 3 days in advance you will not receive a refund of any kind.
